Bellevue, WA — 3/13/2002 Fidesic, a premier provider of
Electronic Invoicing and Payments (EIP) solutions, today announced the
eInvoice and ePay Module 2.0 for Microsoft™ Great Plains™ Solomon IV
Release 4.50, further extending the company's reach into the midmarket.
The announcement was made today at Convergence 2002, a four-day
international conference for Microsoft Great Plains' customers.
Expanding on its Solutions Partner Program, Fidesic has enlisted
Microsoft Great Plains' partner, Select Systems, to co-develop the
module that integrates Fidesic's EIP solution into Solomon IV. The
eInvoice and ePay module enables Microsoft Great Plains' partners and
customers to send, receive and reconcile electronic invoices and
payments, leveraging companies' investments in their existing
accounting solutions.
In addition to Select Systems, Fidesic has also signed on two new
partners to its channel network: AKA eSolutions and Remington
Consulting. The goal of the Fidesic Solutions Partner Program is to
help midmarket companies realize cost-savings and improved cash flow by
employing a proven EIP solution coupled with support from local,
qualified EIP professionals.
"In using Fidesic's services, we believe our customers can improve
the visibility of their cash flow as well as reduce administrative
overhead in the invoicing and payments process," said Dawn Crew,
Principle of Select Systems. "There are a number of other firms out
there who do various aspects of EIP. We feel that the best option for
our customers is to provide all of the pieces from one vendor. Why
install four separate applications when one does it all?"
Fidesic provides customers with a complete solution across the
payment life cycle, including invoice presentment, workflow, approval
management, payment delivery and accounting reconciliation. Because the
Fidesic eInvoice and ePay module is deeply integrated into the
accounting solution, customers can immediately realize the benefits of
EIP without changing the way they work.
"Select Systems has a track record of delivering quality solutions
to Solomon customers," said Naseem Tuffaha, CEO of Fidesic. "We are
excited to partner with Select Systems to leverage their expertise and
bring best-of-breed EIP capabilities to Solomon customers and
value-added resellers."
Microsoft Great Plains Solomon IV Release 4.50 is a comprehensive
suite of business management and e-business applications for midmarket
companies, enabling customers to operate their businesses from
end-to-end more productively and economically. Solomon IV provides an
affordable and easy-to-implement solution to vertically targeted
markets, including business and management services, manufacturing,
wholesale trade and other service-related fields.
"By integrating Fidesic's EIP solution with Solomon's Sales Order
Processing and Inventory Management components, our customers are able
to make their financial supply-chain as efficient as their product
supply-chain," said Eric de Jager, Group Product Manager of Microsoft
Great Plains Business Solutions. "We are pleased to have an EIP
solution that spans all of Microsoft Great Plains midmarket and medium
enterprise business solutions, Solomon, Dynamics and eEnterprise."
