When Enliven CEO, Bunmi Akinyemiju, accepted the offer to attend and sponsor the Dynamics GP Users Group Conference from hosts MC&E, he figured that he would have the opportunity to catch up with old friends and meet new ones while informing the users about his company's progressive technology that is quickly becoming very mainstream. What he didn't count on, however, was how ready the group would be to both hear and echo his message. Akinyemiju's 15-minute presentation focused on how Enliven Software's electronic invoicing and electronic payables solutions touting paperless capabilities were built specifically to cater to the GP user base. He talked about how GP's current functionality gets users halfway there, but that needless extra steps are only costing businesses additional time and money.
Enliven's Fidesic Suite of Solutions and its seamless integration with GP is the natural choice. No more pulling reports out just to have to manually enter them elsewhere. No more paper-laden approval processes. No more hassle of printing, folding, stuffing, stamping and mailing. What we're referring to here is a true paperless process from end to end. Best of all, with Fidesic, your accounting software will finally be able to interface directly with the accounting systems of your customers and vendors with the click of a mouse.
Akinyemiju mentioned after his presentation that he was approached by a few conference attendees who reiterated how much paperless AP and AR automation made sense. They all seemed to really understand and deeply connect with how much easier their day-to-day processes would be, and agreed that efficiency was good for business. Many had already had an experience with a vendor who requested to be paid via ACH, and even more users mentioned that their customers had requested to pay their invoices via credit card, ACH, or to have a data file of their invoices sent to them. What these users' comments all had in common was that it's not a matter of IF their business would employ an electronic invoicing and payment solution, but rather, a matter of WHEN.
