Now, mind you, I'm not from around here, but I can’t remember the last time a business actually asked me to print off a piece of paper and write in my information and fax it back to them. Not to mention the last time I was actually expected to fax my credit card information anywhere. That’s just crazy.
Granted, I’m from the South, and I know you all laugh at me when I say this, but things are more progressive down there. I bet I haven’t written a check in the last ten years, and for the people that still do, even the Piggly Wiggly has one of those remote capture devices which automatically debit’s the money from their banks, like our eDeposits solution.
Anyway, since this whole concept was a little foreign to me, I Googled it. Imagine my surprise when I typed in “fax credit card numbers” into Google Search and the first thing that came up was the What’s Good About Anger Institute! I couldn’t make this stuff up! These people are offering all sorts of anger Management Classes, Courses, and Certificate Programs. HA! Boy, I’ll tell you right now, there’s nothing that could possibly make me angrier than sending my credit card number over a fax to a bunch of people hosting anger management classes, paying for Google’s top listing, and not even having the wherewithal to accept payments online. I know who I’m calling next!
