Okay, so I am fibbing a bit. It’s not a “new” trend at all. We have been hearing paperless for at least the last ten years, or if nothing else “less paper”. But what about using this theme to MAKE money while saving money?

- You don’t have to pay for paper
- You don’t have to pay for postage
- You KNOW that the customer will get it
- You can “re-send” the invoice instantly (no cost to find it, fax it, and then call to make sure it was received)
- All of the above items can be solved with a secure online payment portal.
- Now! The challenge: How can it MAKE you money?
- Charge for paper statements
- Get paid quicker; make more money on the interest
- More time for billable work!
