Introduction
You can take advantage of Enliven's Electronic Invoice and Payment (EIP) service as an integrated feature of Peachtree Complete Accounting. There is no need to set up or learn a new process to start sending your invoices electronically and reaping the benefits of Enliven's EIP solutions.
By purchasing the Fidesic integration module, the following Fidesic functions can be performed from within Peachtree Complete Accounting:
Accounts Receivable
Upload invoice batches to the Fidesic service center with just a few clicks.
Fidesic will deliver them via the method(s) you specify – email, fax, or U.S. Mail.
Accounts Payable
Upload payment batches to the Fidesic service center with just a few clicks.
Fidesic will deliver the payments to the recipient electronically or via a paper check.
How it Works
It works in the same way you print a batch of invoices or checks to your own printer today. After downloading the integration module a new option to “Print-to-Web” appears when you print invoices or checks. You can create invoices using any of the standard Peachtree templates. You simply choose “Print-to-Web Service” as the printer.
You have the opportunity to review invoices and payments and to submit them to the Fidesic service center. After that, your work is done! Fidesic delivers all your invoices and payments. Invoices sent via U.S. Mail are printed, stuffed into envelopes and mailed. Faxed invoices are transmitted. Electronic invoices are sent via email with an attachment of your invoice that looks exactly the same as your printed version. The email will also contain a hyperlink that can be clicked so the customer can easily pay you electronically or they can simply print out the attachment and send you a paper check.
You have access to all the features of Fidesic via your company's Fidesic online portal, which is also accessible to your employees who don't have Peachtree installed.
