Enliven Software, an East Lansing based eInvoicing and ePayments company is hiring for a Technical Support position to work with its Fidesic platform team.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Answer calls, emails, and chat to support customers
- Document support issues and requests
- Communicate issues effectively between end user and development team
- Test and evaluate new features and enhancements
- Assist with data entry and analysis
- Provide reporting and analytics
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Effectively multi-task and excel in fast paced environment
- Ability to learn and support new systems and applications quickly
- Self-motivated
- Strong technical knowledge of computers
Desired Qualifications
- General accounting knowledge
- SQL or any basic server side web programming languages
