Overview


Enliven Software, an East Lansing based eInvoicing and ePayments company is hiring for a Technical Support position to work with its Fidesic platform team.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Answer calls, emails, and chat to support customers
  • Document support issues and requests
  • Communicate issues effectively between end user and development team
  • Test and evaluate new features and enhancements
  • Assist with data entry and analysis
  • Provide reporting and analytics
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Effectively multi-task and excel in fast paced environment
  • Ability to learn and support new systems and applications quickly
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong technical knowledge of computers

Desired Qualifications

  • General accounting knowledge
  • SQL or any basic server side web programming languages
