Mid-Market Sales Position

Overview

Enliven Software is looking for a sharp Account Executive to join our Sales Force. Based in our headquarters in East Lansing, in this role you will be the first point of contact between Fidesic and our customers. You will be responsible for telephone sales including prospecting, developing, qualifying, and closing leads as appropriate.

Summary of Responsibilities

Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing sales over the phone with the CFO, Controller, or other senior business executives
Articulate the business value of Fidesic services and solutions
Maintain a sales pipeline through cold call lead generation
Align sales strategies to support the client's underlying business and organizational issues
Identify customer needs and requirements and provide feedback into appropriate groups

Minimum Qualifications

BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent 4+ years experience in tele-sales to businesses
Demonstrated experience selling to senior level executives (CFO, Controller, and other business decision makers)
Solid ability to establish customer relationships and close deals over the phone
Possess exceptional customer-focus and confidence in communicating over the phone
Proven track record of exceeding revenue and sales goals
Excellent interpersonal, written, presentation, and communication skills
Limited travel
