Overview
Enliven Software is seeking a smart and independent IT operations analyst to proactively ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the company‚ computer and email systems.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate directs, establishes, plans and implements the policies and procedures to minimize the down time for both corporate (office) and production (web presence) applications which includes the following platforms
Active Directory
Internet Information Server and ASP.NET
Exchange Server
SQL Server
Security — Creates, modifies and deletes user profiles and other access controls. Reviews security logs and violation reports
Network — Installs, configures and maintains organization's network equipments (Router, firewall load balancer, and switch)
Manages all other systems, including production, email, and phone systems
Account management with co-location vendor
Working under minimum supervision and on call for all production support issue
Ensure Production systems meet target up-times
Perform all required back ups and system readiness checks
Ensure Test and beta systems are available according to development team needs.
Build and manage a scalable infrastructure for operations
Make recommendations for building scalable secure systems to meet future growth needs
Procure necessary systems and other items for the company network
Be flexible and willing to do a variety of work assignments for the overall benefit of the company
Work independently with a strong sense of accountability
Grow and adapt as the company grows
Minimum Qualifications
Three years experience in a similar position
Ability to work productively with all members of the Enliven Software team
Excellent process skills
Proven record of integrity and solid work history
Ability to work independently with an enthusiastic attitude
