Financial Process Activation Manager

Overview

Enliven Software is looking for an Activation Manager to manage activations and implementations of web-based accounts receivables and accounts payables services for small to mid-sized businesses.

Summary of Responsibilities


This person will actively participate in sales customer turn-over meetings and work directly with our development team to meet, manage and exceed customer contract and service expectations.
This position will also manage Customer Support personnel.

Minimum Qualifications


Four year degree in business or accounting
3-5 years experience with financial systems implementations
Experience with Microsoft Great Plains is required
experience with MAS90, QuickBooks, Peachtree, ACCPACC and other small to mid-size company accounting software a plus
